As President of Witt & Associates, Inc., Kerry is deeply involved in real estate and his community where he currently serves as president of his neighborhood association of almost 700 homes. To both roles, he brings 30 years of experience and a proven track record of success in the real estate arena where he’s earned a solid reputation for his in-depth understanding of the real estate industry, its trends, peculiarities, and histories, especially in buyer brokerage and agency disclosure.

Kerry gained a wealth of industry knowledge while at RE/MAX Greater Atlanta, from 1991 until 2000. During this time he concentrated his efforts as a buyer’s agent with both local and transferring clients. He also became actively involved in educating the real estate industry and the general public about buyer brokerage through speaking engagements at both educational and informational seminars. It was at one of those speaking engagements in 1991 when he and Peggy met.

He spent two years at RE/MAX Imperial developing and implementing a comprehensive buyer brokerage program. He also managed to complete 62 sales in less than 24 months, forty of which were buyer broker transactions.

During the 1980’s Kerry owned Witt Construction Company, specializing in remodeling in the Atlanta communities of Virginia Highland, Ansley Park and Inman Park. Kitchens became his specialty and his attention to detail kept him in high demand. When he ran across distressed properties he’d purchase them to renovate, improve the floor plan and then resell. This practice naturally paved the way to his interest in becoming a real estate broker and a rewarding career.
